A former home in Garsfontein converted into four independent retail spaces. Home to Republk, a coffee shop, a beauty studio and a small office suite — the original architecture kept intact, painted deep charcoal, and framed by mature trees and courtyard planting.

A new district taking shape on Cocker Avenue in Garsfontein. The property is being reworked into a small collection of boutique retail and office units, continuing the District Holdings approach of preserving residential scale while introducing considered commercial use.

Coming to Moreletapark on Lobelia Street. This district will join the portfolio as a considered conversion of a residential property into boutique retail and office spaces, designed to sit comfortably within its neighbourhood context.
